Something Is In The Air

I've gotten reports that something is in the air from the CCAA (China Center of Adoption Affairs). Could it be referrals? I was not counting on something arriving before the 4th of July Holiday. For those of you who don't know anything about how this works, the CCAA processes all referrals once a month around the beginning of the month. Therefore, all the agencies receive their referrals at the same. Anyone due to receive their referral is on the edge of their seat.
